  • Conductor: Standard Class 2 compact stranded high-purity bare copper conductor, featuring ultra-low DC resistivity, integrated round and smooth overall structure, perfect terminal crimping fit and high-efficiency conductive performance. It maintains continuous stable high current carrying capacity under long-term rated full-load operation, no abnormal heating or thermal attenuation, effectively cutting the overall power grid operational loss and improving comprehensive power supply efficiency.
  • Inner Conductor Semiconductive Screen: Integrally extruded homogeneous high-density semiconductive inner shielding layer, closely laminated and seamlessly bonded with the copper conductor surface. It realizes full-range uniform internal electric field equalization, thoroughly eliminates local electric field accumulation and abnormal concentration risks, and effectively prevents insulation breakdown and early ageing failure under long-cycle grid rated operation.
  • Main Insulation Layer: Imported ultra-clean high-purity XLPE cross-linked polyethylene special insulation material, with top-tier comprehensive electrical insulation and anti-aging performance. Long-term safe allowable working temperature up to 90°C, excellent water tree aging resistance, electrical corrosion resistance and environmental stress cracking resistance, fully meeting the 30-year long service life design standard of urban core power grid infrastructure engineering.
  • Outer Insulation Semiconductive Screen: Special easy-peel type extruded outer semiconductive shielding layer, no professional grinding and polishing auxiliary equipment required for on-site construction. It greatly simplifies the production process of medium-voltage cable terminals and intermediate joints, shortens on-site engineering construction cycle, and comprehensively improves the overall wiring efficiency and construction standardization of professional power engineering contractors.
  • Copper Tape / Copper Wire Metallic Shield: Full overlapping seamless tight wrapping copper metal shielding structure, uniform shielding density, continuous and stable grounding conduction performance. It efficiently isolates and suppresses external complex electromagnetic signal interference, protects on-site construction personnel and later operation safety, and ensures zero-fault stable continuous operation of supporting medium-voltage power distribution complete sets of equipment.
  • Outer Protective Sheath: Industrial enhanced ST2 black PVC heavy-duty outer protective sheath, with integrated multi-functional properties of oil resistance, acid and alkali chemical corrosion resistance, deep moisture-proof and ultraviolet anti-aging. It strongly resists external mechanical collision, extrusion damage and complex soil chemical erosion, adapting to all kinds of harsh outdoor open-air and underground long-term buried working conditions.
