  1. Conductor: Stranded bare copper, Class 2 (IEC 60228), compacted circular shape for optimal current carrying capacity
  2. Inner Semiconductor Layer: Extruded semi-conductive compound (bonded), ensuring uniform electric field distribution
  3. Insulation: Extruded XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene), high dielectric strength and thermal resistance
  4. Outer Semiconductor Layer: Extruded semi-conductive compound (strippable), facilitating easy termination
  5. Metallic Screen: Helically applied copper tape (≥0.1mm thickness), providing effective shielding
  6. Inner Sheath: PVC (ST2) bedding layer, protecting the armour and ensuring structural integrity
  7. Armour: Galvanised steel wires (round wire armour), delivering robust mechanical protection
  8. Outer Sheath: Flame-retardant PVC (ST2), available in red (RAL 3000, standard) or black color
